Dr Kogila Balakrishnan
CEO and Founder
Dr. Kogila Balakrishnan is the CEO of KB-Dynamics Ltd. She has extensive experience in the corporate, government, and academic sectors. She holds a PhD in Offsets and Technology Policy from the Defence College of Management and Technology, Cranfield University, UK Defence Academy.
Career Highlights:
- Currently Director for Client and Business Development (East Asia) at WMG, University of Warwick.
- Retired as the Under Secretary for Defence Industry at the Malaysian Ministry of Defence in 2016.
- Instrumental in developing the Malaysian National Defence Offsets Policy.
Publications and Notable Works:
- Author of "Technology Offsets in International Defence Procurement" (Routledge, 2018).
Dr Robert Hercock
Senior Technical Consultant
Dr. Robert Hercock is the Senior Technical Consultant at KB-Dynamics Ltd. He has a wealth of knowledge as a Chief Research Scientist and Visiting Fellow at Pembroke College, Oxford University. He has served as a strategic advisor to the UK MoD.
